Immigration Attorney The candidate will represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents and advise clients on legal transactions. Represent clients in court or before government agencies. Prepare and draft motions and legal documents on behalf of clients. Advise clients on business and legal transactions. Negotiate settlements for legal disputes. Comply with all legal standards and regulations. Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law. Handle Immigration bond hearings, deportation removals, green card, citizenship, deferred inspections, and appeals.
The candidate must be Florida Bar Member In good standing. Should have 2+ years of experience. Should have previous experience in immigration law. Muon removals, green card, citizenship, deferrest have familiarity with various legal documents and criminal proceedings including diversion program, and pre-trial intervention. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Spanish is a must.
