Personal Injury Discovery Paralegal The candidate will work independently and work/communicate with clients on responding to discovery requests. Should have Paralegal Certificate from ABA accredited institution. Should preferably have prior paralegal experience and in drafting and responding to discovery. Must have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a team environment, and have a passion for helping others who have been wrongfully injured. Prior litigation experience and/or experience responding/propounding discovery is preferred. Must have excellent communication and writing skills. Must have proficiency with Apple products (e.g. iMac) and using Microsoft Office - Word. Bilingual and Spanish speaking is a plus.
