Civil Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for fax filing, e-filing, mail filing or filing via overnight courier to courts throughout California. The ability to patiently communicate with court clerks and court personnel is critical. Drafting Responsibilities will typically include Case Management Statements and similar judicial counsel forms, discovery templates, motion templates, declaration drafts. Must be familiar with Windows and Microsoft Office. Experience of 3 years (Required). High school or equivalent (Required). Paralegal (Required). Experience using Google Office suite (Gmail, Chrome, Google Sheets, Google Drive and related apps) and/or MyCase is also helpful.
