Responsibilities: Drafting pleadings, discovery, and professional correspondence Maintaining and organizing client files Scheduling and deadline management E-Filing in state and federal courts Supervising medical records collection vendors Preparing cases for trial and attending trial as necessary. Communicating effectively with team members, clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel Providing General administrative support Desired Experience: Bachelor's degree from accredited college, paralegal certificate, or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience of paralegal work in the Personal Injury field Technology proficiency including Microsoft Office programs, and use of case management software, Filevine experience is a plus.
