Litigation Paralegal - Personal Injury The candidate will contact client regularly. Will monitor clients' ongoing medical treatment. Request and review medical records and bills. Preparation of pleadings and other documents for submission to court. Schedule depositions, and assist in the management of the attorney's trial schedule. Preparation of trial notebooks. Must have 3 years of experience in personal injury. Experience of 2 years Paralegal is needed. Experience of 2 years in litigation is preferred.
