Will work with a Principal attorney and casework will include work with administrative agencies such as the medical and nursing boards, as well as traditional litigation - taking depositions, participating in mediation, and participating in the discovery process. Should have prior experience working in litigation. Should have a genuine interest in operational and regulatory matters affecting healthcare providers.
