Attorney Recruiting Assistant Duties: Supporting the Attorney Recruiting team and is responsible for assisting the overall administration of the attorney recruiting process. Support of campus and lateral recruiting and the Summer Associate Program, maintenance of the applicant tracking system, and general administrative responsibilities as assigned. Entering and maintaining all candidate information into Firm s database. Preparing OCI binders. Processing candidate expense reports. Maintaining and organizing school files. Prepare materials for callback meetings. Generate offer and rejection letters. Creating the Summer Associate face-book. Preparing summer associate mailings. Managing and processing all summer associate paperwork. Preparing Human Resources paperwork. Preparing files for mid-summer/end of summer reviews. Preparing orientation materials. Tracking event RSVPs. Creating the New Associate face-book. Managing and processing all new associate paperwork throughout the year. Preparing Human Resources paperwork including processing stipend checks. Preparing orientation materials. Entering and maintaining all candidate information into Firm s database. Preparing of Human Resources paperwork and personnel files. Monitoring lateral attorney recruiting email box daily. Work with Attorneys, summer associates and recruits to answer questions and be a resource. Maintain candidate database as resumes are received and decisions are finalized. Send rejection letters to candidates via email. File. Process check requests and expense reports. Scan documents and save to Document Management System. Generate surveys using Survey Monkey. Other duties as assigned by Attorney Recruiting Director/Manager. Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 1+ year of experience in an office setting is required; experience working for a law firm is preferred. Technical experience should include MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Will be highly organized, possess excellent proofing and communication (oral and written) skills; the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; a very strong attention to detail; and a professional demeanor. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships among lawyers and staff to achieve results. This position requires collaboration with attorneys and staff and the ability to exercise independent judgment.
