Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be handling the court calendar for an attorney, filing Complaints, drafting and filing discovery documents, correspondence to clients, correspondence to defense attorneys and insurance companies, speaking with clients, insurance adjusters, physicians, medical providers, lien holders, requesting medical bills and reports, responding to emails, faxes, and scans. Should preferably have experience with FileVine. Must have excellent skills in communication, writing, typing, filing, copying, scanning, faxing, and various organizational tasks.
