Paralegal Positions (two) Family Law and Litigation The candidate will support two attorneys in their work production drafting correspondence, pleadings, discovery, and assist in all aspects of trial preparation. At Smythe & Jones the paralegal is involved in all email communication with opposing counsel, tracks deadlines, and assures that the attorneys have all the support they need for efficient work production. A typical case load is 50 clients per attorney; therefore our paralegal cannot be overwhelmed by tracking up to 100 clients regularly. 3+ years as a litigation paralegal; prefer more experience, Ability to analyze substantive legal issues, Excellent letter and brief writing skills, Expediate with work completion, Experience managing and completing discovery, History of extensive client contact and management, Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications, Ability to track time daily are required.
