Associate Attorney The candidate work for law firm that represents victims of sexual abuse in civil cases across the country. Should have approximately 2-6+ years of personal injury litigation experience (either plaintiff or defense). Preferred candidates will have the ability to handle all phases of the case (intake, discovery, trial, etc.). Will be trained on legal issues specific to sexual abuse litigation and be given support from supervising attorneys, but should have significant understanding of Pennsylvania tort procedure.
