Bankruptcy Attorney The candidate will handle Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy matters. Should have demonstrated bankruptcy knowledge with preferred case filing history. Will immediately be appearing in Federal Bankruptcy Court and handling own Chapter 7/13 case load. Must be licensed attorney in Wisconsin (or soon to be licensed) and either admitted or able to be admitted to the Wisconsin Eastern and Western District Courts.
