Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be preparing and following up on subpoenas and other third-party discovery. Summarizing medical records. Drafting form discovery. Preparing motions coordinating with experts and scheduling IME's. Summarizing depositions and social media searches. Billing time using legal/time management software. Must have paralegal certification. Must have 3-5 years of law office experience. Experience in bodily injury and wrongful death matters (e.g., premises liability, trucking, automobile negligence, medical malpractice, etc.) is strongly preferred. Must have ability to work under a team structure is essential as the support staff is the foundation of the firm. Constant communication with other administrative staff and attorneys is key. A professional demeanor with clients is a must.
