Associate Attorney The candidate must have 1-3 years of personal injury experience. Should be proficient in handling matters from inception until trial. Trial experience is a plus. Must have Juris Doctor from accredited law school. Should be Licensed NY Attorney with no disciplinary actions on record. Should have ability to handle a heavy case load. Experience drafting motions, pleadings, preparing and responding to discovery demands. Should have ability to handle court conferences. Should have Ability to build rapport with clients. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have strong organizational and case management skills. Should have knowledge of all New York City courts and their procedures and requirements. Must have experience handling construction accident cases under Sections 240(1) and 241(6) of the NY Labour Law is helpful .Admitted to practice in New York District Court is a plus.
