Workers Compensation Associate Attorney The candidate will represent clients before the WCAB and in ADR disputes. Prepare and draft legal documents. Advise clients on their rights in the worker's compensation system. Review and rate medical-legal reports, depose doctors, claims examiners, employers, and witnesses. Comply with all legal standards and regulations. Additional work tangential to the practice, as assigned. Should have a JD from an ABA Accredited Law School, as well as CA Bar License. Should have 2 years of experience in the relevant field. Must have a passion for helping people, and be a self-starter mentality. Should have excellent verbal and written skills, attention to detail, ability to focus on tasks and work well in a team environment. Must have solid professional education and evidence of professional work experience. Prior experience in Workers Comp is desire. Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Have the ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. The entrepreneurial spirit is needed.
