## Associate Attorney (Construction Defect) at Law Firm Law Firm is looking for an experienced Associate Attorney to join its Fort Lauderdale office. The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of insurance defense experience, with construction defect experience preferred. The successful candidate must be willing to travel statewide for a fast-paced construction defect litigation team. ### Responsibilities * Admission and good standing with the State of Florida Bar * Strong organizational skills with the ability and desire to manage multiple priorities and caseload * Strong motion practice, pleadings and trial preparation * Background and experience in attending hearings and arguing motions before the Court * Taking depositions ### Benefits Law Firm offers a comprehensive benefits package for full-time attorneys, including medical, dental & vision insurance; employer paid life insurance, employer paid long-term disability insurance, generous 401(k) plan match; paid personal time off & vacation, paid holidays and more!
