Bankruptcy Attorney The candidate Should be Michigan licensed, bankruptcy attorney with an interest or experience in real estate law. Will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment within a team setting representing creditors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies. Candidates should have a strong analytical, writing, and problem solving skills. Experience in bankruptcy and courtroom proceedings preferred, but are willing to mentor the right candidate. Respond to internal and external clients. Draft, review and prepare pleadings. Legal research and writing. Attend court hearings. Review and analyze documents. Assist with loss mitigation efforts. Juris Doctorate required. Must have strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
