Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate is responsible for preparing and responding to written discovery, assisting with pre-trial activities such as drafting pleadings, briefs and motions, attending depositions, hearings, motions and mediations, trial preparation including research and case strategy, yet maintaining communication with Partners, and cultivating relationships with the Firms existing and future clients. Must be admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and have 2-3 years of previous law firm experience in Pennsylvania in commercial litigation. Creditors rights experience is a plus. Strong communication and drafting skills, be highly motivated, hard-working, diligent, articulate and able to work independently at their experience level is needed. Doctorate degree is required.
