Legal Secretary The candidate should have 3 to 7 years of hands on experience as a legal secretary performing the tasks itemized below. Should have excellent oral, written and proofreading skills. Must have experience with federal and state filing and e-filing procedures. Should be familiar with calendaring. Must be experienced in preparing pleadings, discovery requests and responses and also experienced in organizing and maintaining electronic files/documents. Must have proficiency with Word (including generating Table of contents and Table of Authorities), Excel and Adobe Acrobat.
