Trademark Attorney The candidates must have solid experience with domestic and international trademark strategy, clearance, prosecution, and enforcement matters, including TTAB proceedings. Should have experience in trademark litigation, online notice and takedown procedures and rights protection mechanisms such as the DMCA and the UDRP, and IP transactional matters is a plus. Must be able to handle the responsibilities of this position with minimal supervision, including managing a global trademark portfolio docket and providing excellent client service. Preferably should have a high level of attention to detail and excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills. Must have a successful track record of independently managing projects and deadlines. Should have strong oral and written communication skills and experience with client and foreign counsel interactions and direct communications. Must have excellent analytical and writing skills. Should have knowledge of trademark docketing systems and processes, preferably WebTMS.
