Associate Real Estate Transaction Attorney Candidate must be an experienced individual with a genuine passion for real estate law. Must have excellent writing, research and analytical skills, a strong attention to detail and accuracy, be driven to go above and beyond, and be an exceptional team player. Should have experience in: Residential and commercial real estate closings and issuance of title insurance. Drafting and review of residential and commercial leases. Real property sales and acquisitions. Drafting and review of purchase and sale contracts and other related agreements. Review of surveys and title commitments. Working knowledge of TRID requirements. Experience with 1031 exchanges and FIRPTA preferred. Florida Bar admission preferred, eventually is required.
