Paralegal/Legal Case Manager The candidate will have at least 5 years of plaintiff personal injury experience and be comfortable handling all pre-litigation matters. This role will work alongside attorneys and help meet goals for those that we provide our services. The ideal candidate will have experience in case management as a legal assistant or paralegal, and is skilled in drafting documents, managing case files, requesting medical records and bills and drafting demands. Must be comfortable talking with clients and insurance adjusters. Exceptional organizational skills as well as effective communication skills both written and oral are needed. Litigation experience would be a plus. Qualifications: Computer proficient - specifically with case management software, word processing and spreadsheet preparation. Requesting medical records and bills Analyzing and review medical and billing records Drafting medical records chronologies Communication with clients, adjusters, opposing staff and court personnel Ability to compile demand packages Calendaring and managing deadlines Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: Microsoft Office: 3 years (Preferred) Paralegal: 2 years (Preferred)
