Associate Attorney The candidate should have 0-5 years of business, real estate, or general civil litigation experience. Federal litigation experience is preferred but not required. Attributes: The ideal applicant will: (a) possess superior research and writing skills, a strong work ethic, and integrity; (b) have a demonstrated propensity for pursuing and achieving excellence; (c) value working within a team; (d) be competitive while simultaneously being sociable, compassionate, and relatable; and (e) have a passion for justice and business law. Accomplishments: At least three of the following: law review; internship or clerkship with judge; trial advocacy or moot court experience; exceptional grades; a law degree from a top 100 law school; and significant business or other achievements.
