Legal Assistant/Paralegal Candidate will be part of the firm's pre-litigation department. Will involve answering new intake phone calls, meeting with clients to fill application for benefits, PIP demands and assisting pre-litigation attorneys in other matters. Must have experience in pre-litigation personal injury law. Will require a highly motivated and energetic person who enjoys being busy and enjoys working in a small team within a law firm full of small teams. Must be experienced working on a computer in a paperless office environment.
