Immigration Attorney The candidate will be responsible for: providing quality legal representation to clients in immigration cases, including both family-based and employment-based cases; communicating with clients, paralegals, and administrative staff to ensure cases are handled appropriately; and working at a fast pace on a high volume of cases. Must have 3+ years of experience in immigration law. The following are also advantageous: experience with PC Law or a similar client database and billing system, and proficiency with Immigration Tracker and MS Word.
