Legal Secretary The candidate will provide administrative support to staff, Maintain electronic and physical files, Filings/pleadings with federal and state courts, Client intake & case management, Answer/direct/schedule phone calls, Other responsibilities scheduling appointments & meetings as well as general office administration. Must have general Microsoft Office experience. Experience with Microsoft Word and ability to red-line documents is required. Prior experience with dictation and transcription is required. Problem solving skills with an analytical thought process and ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment. Exciting work environment in Boca Raton office. Prior law office or litigation experience is necessary. Strong oral and written communication skills a must. Excellent phone manner and congenial temperament as well as ability to manage time and multiple priorities to completion.
