Associate Attorney The candidate's duties include: Handling litigation matters from inception through trial with minimal supervision, including discovery, issue analysis, depositions, expert retention, expert discovery, drafting and arguing motions, and conducting settlement negotiations, including mediations and settlement conferences. Independent handling of court appearances and administrative hearings. Working collaboratively with colleagues and various in-house counsel to accomplish client and firm objectives. Should have 3+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably with a background in employment defense and/or commercial litigation matters.
