The successful candidate will join a team of experienced attorneys and will be responsible for managing cases and all aspects of litigation. Spanish language skills are a plus. Job Responsibilities: Manage cases and all aspects of litigation, from written discovery to trials Negotiate, conduct legal research and writing, and communicate verbally and effectively Make both in-person and remote appearances for court hearings and/or depositions Draft law and motion Adhere to deadlines and maintain organization Required Experience & Skills: Active Member of the State Bar of California in good standing Minimum of 1 to 3 years of litigation experience Ability to work independently and with a team of attorneys Strong critical thinking, interpersonal, and public speaking skills Adaptability and attention to detail Spanish language skills are a plus Compensation: The successful candidate will receive a compensation package based on referral fees and a share of attorneys' fees for resolved files. Salary will depend on experience and range from $75,000 - $100,000 per year. Health insurance and paid time off is also included.
