Prepare and respond to written discovery. Communicate with clients. Appear for court hearings and depositions. Minnesota license required; Wisconsin license preferred. Should have 2 years of litigation experience. Strong research and writing skills. Confidence in communicating with clients and opposing counsel. Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks. Interest in developing a litigation practice.
