Part-time Associate Attorney The candidate will be expected to make court appearances, draft pleadings, litigate, answer the phone, negotiate, work with clients and third parties, and, work studiously on own and with other attorneys. Work will consist mostly of family law, but with a smattering of transactional work, civil litigation, and administrative law. Must have a license with the State Bar of Texas; 1+ year of litigation/court experience. Should have good knowledge of Texas family law, and, have reliable transportation and be able to appear in Court in Harris County and contiguous counties. Working Hours: About 20 hours per week.
