Litigation Attorney The candidate will work closely with senior litigators who will provide active mentoring and client contact. Should have 2+ years of litigation experience, ideally tort litigation and insurance defense experience. Must have excellent written and oral advocacy skills, exceptional research and writing skills, and experience drafting and arguing motions; taking and defending depositions; evaluating, interviewing, and deposing experts; and running files autonomously are sought to assume responsibility in an active litigation practice. Trial experience in state and federal court is preferred.
