Litigation Associate Attorney - Law Firm Job ID: 1505 Position: Associate Location: Sarasota Practice Area: Civil/Commercial Litigation Open Date: Thursday, February 16, 2023 Law Firm is seeking a motivated and organized Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Sarasota, Florida office. The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in civil/commercial litigation and will be an excellent researcher and communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Job Responsibilities: Provide legal services and advice in civil/commercial litigation matters Draft, review, and analyze legal documents Perform legal research and analysis on various legal issues Prepare and present legal arguments in court Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines Job Requirements: Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school 3+ years law practice experience Strong understanding of litigation terms Technological skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Superior research skills, including the use of online services, databases and the Internet Superior organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Analytical, problem solving and decision making skills Ability to work independently and maintain a high degree of confidentiality Member in good standing with the Florida Bar Compensation: Law Firm offers a competitive compensation package and exceptional benefits, including a welcoming and collegial work environment and exceptional support staff and resources to make practicing law hassle-free.
