Associate Attorney (Tax & Estate Planning) The candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in a law firm. LL.M. in tax or a CPA license will be plus. Must be a member of the Utah Bar, or be willing to take the Utah Bar. Should have experience in one or more of the following practice areas: estate planning, tax-exempt organizations, corporate and partnership taxation, international tax, and ERISA. Must have excellent academic credentials, demonstrate a commitment to ethics, be highly motivated and hard-working, and be able to work with minimal supervision.
