Intake Paralegal Candidate will be second point of contact for all new and potential clients handling legal intakes, gathering detailed, fact-specific information about potential client cases, selling firm and helping injured people get the legal help they need. Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; gathers and analyzes information skillfully; develops alternative solutions; works well in group problem solving situations; uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics. Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; responds promptly to customer needs; solicits customer feedback to improve service; responds to requests for service and assistance; meets commitments. Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and obtains clarification. Contributes to building a positive team spirit. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED, College Students welcomed. 6 months to many years of experience in a customer service environment required. Great verbal and written communication skills, specifically spelling, grammar and diction. Pleasant, professional, assertive phone demeanor. Exceptional active listening skills. Exceptional typing skills (speed and accuracy) Must have excellent computer skills, specifically in Windows environment. Bilingual (Spanish- English) is a plus.
