Senior Associate Attorney Duties: The candidate will be working at a deliberate pace and having ample time to delve deep into the work. Being about to use strong analytical and problem-solving skills that are based on serious introspection and being deeply involved with the facts. Able to make decisions independently, relying on your own knowledge and technical abilities without needing to involve others when problem-solving. Being open and friendly amongst coworkers without needing to be a social butterfly. Perform research, and draft briefs, pleadings, and motions. Provide guidance and advice to associate attorneys and paralegals to resolve or prevent conflicts. Qualifications: The candidate should be a member of state and local bar associations in good standing; 5 years of required experience in the legal field. Must be able to handle heavy caseloads with little supervision. Bachelor's degree with a law degree from an accredited law school (such as an LLM, JSD, or J.D. degree). Previous experience advocating for clients in trials, mediation, and arbitration; 3 years of family law experience.
