Labor and Employment Attorney The candidate will be managing a litigation caseload from beginning to end, communicating with clients and providing timely reporting, appearing at depositions and various court appearances and working closely with other attorneys and Partners on matters. Should have credentials from an ABA approved law school, an active license with the Kansas State Bar, and possess excellent communication skills. Should have 3+ years defense litigation experience.
