Law Firm is seeking a Transactional Attorney to join its Houston office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in Corporate, Transactions, Mergers and Acquisitions, Compliance, Finance and Securities. Responsibilities Draft, review, edit, and negotiate a wide variety of corporate and transactional agreements; Coordinate with and seek feedback and input from subject matter experts across the firm to complete contract reviews and approvals; Provide support to senior attorneys in transactions such as M&A and secured financing. Identify legal risks and recommend and implement risk mitigation strategies; Support business initiatives and acquisitions; Perform special projects as assigned. Qualifications The ideal candidate would possess the following qualifications: Strong legal research, writing and drafting skills; Strong communication skills; Big law experience - a plus; Foreign languages - a plus. Qualified candidates will have credentials from an ABA approved law school, an active license with the Texas State Bar, and possess excellent communication skills.
