Attorney Recrutier/ Legal Recruiter Candidate will be responsible for conducting initial screening calls with associate and principal level attorneys, sourcing top talent, coordinating onsite visits and managing outside search firm relationships. Must have 5+ years of attorney recruiting experience from a law firm or recruiting company. Must have a strong respect for the legal profession, possess a demonstrable track record of knowing where to find, communicate with, and hire top attorney talent, is a team player, possessing a personal philosophy of going the extra mile to accomplish recruitment goals.
