Bankruptcy Attorney The candidate will join a law firm specializing in secured creditor representation and residential foreclosures. Should preferably have 1-3 years of consumer bankruptcy experience, including experience with motion practice in the Bankruptcy Court. Experience reviewing and drafting motions, including motions for relief from stay, proofs of claim, and other bankruptcy pleadings is required. Should have experience with the Bankruptcy Code, Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure and Massachusetts local bankruptcy rules. Ability to conduct online legal research is required. Massachusetts Bar admission required. Admission to New Hampshire and/or Rhode Island State Bars a plus.
