Associate Attorney - Insurance Defense The candidate should have 3 years of litigation experience in insurance defense to add to their team of legal professionals. Workers Compensation Insurance Defense. Member of the Florida Bar. Insurance Defense experience a MUST! Superior written and verbal communication skills required. Must be able to work independently, exhibit meticulous attention to detail, and produce an accurate and high-quality work product. Must have valid drivers license and be able to travel to and from various counties for hearings, depositions, mediations, etc., as requested. Should have 1 year of First and 3 years of insurance defense experience. Florida Bar License (Required). Florida Bar (Required).
