Electrical Patent Attorney The candidate will handle prosecuting patent applications. Must have Bachelor s Degree in Electrical Engineering and registration to practice before the USPTO. Must have good academic credentials and strong writing/analytical skills, and 2+ years of patent prosecution and/or USPTO experience in the wireless/DTV communications art related to technologies such as 3GPP/LTE and ATSC.
