Entry-Level Paralegal The candidate should have 1-2 years actual paralegal experience. Knowledge of the California Code of Civil Procedure and Pleading and Practice with regard to Summons and Complaint preparation and filing, settlement agreement/Stipulation preparation, basic discovery and basic law and motion is a plus. Must be computer proficient in Word and Excel, as well as other commonly used programs, i.e. Outlook. Must be able to work independently, switch gears when needed, take and follow instructions, work as a team player in a team environment, and be able to perform in our fast-paced office environment. Must have a strong work ethic, possess history of impeccable attendance, and be ready, willing and able to perform duties as assigned, as minimum requirements of employment.
