Summary Law Firm is looking for an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its growing practice in Pensacola, Florida. The Litigation Attorney will handle a heavy and complex case-load strictly dealing with Motor Vehicle Accidents on the litigation side including all trial prep and trial. The ideal candidate should have a Law degree from a fully accredited law school, be an active member in good standing with the State Bar Association, and have a minimum of 3+ years of personal injury experience. Responsibilities: * Day-to-day handling of Motor Vehicle Accident claims on the litigation side * Drafting and filing of litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions and memorandum * Guiding clients through the case process * Interacting with expert witnesses to include conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavits * Attending and preparing for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances Qualifications: * Law degree from a fully accredited law school * An active member in good standing with the State Bar Association * Minimum 3+ years of personal injury experience * Ability to manage high volume of litigation cases * Excellent client service and communication skills * Self-starter driven by long-term career goals * Superior writing and oral advocacy skills Compensation & Benefits Law Firm offers an excellent benefits package including medical and dental insurance, 401(k) plan, paid time off, and paid holidays for full-time employees.
