Lender's Counsel - Attorney Part Time The candidate will join oil & gas law firm. Should have 3+ years of prior experience serving as Lender's Counsel. Must be currently licensed attorney in good standing in Texas, California, and/or Georgia. Must have familiarity with various commercial loan agreements and mortgages. Familiarity with commercial title policies and surveys. Familiarity with commercial real estate transactions and closing procedures. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
