The ideal candidate will have an active Bar license in Nebraska and at least (3) years of personal injury law experience. This role will report to the Regional Pre-Litigation General Manager and will be an exempt position with a competitive salary commensurate with experience. The Lead Attorney will be responsible for managing all aspects of a high-volume personal injury caseload through the pre-litigation claim process. This includes interacting and negotiating with insurance companies, communicating and maintaining positive client relationships, and drafting and completing various correspondences and documents.
