Family Law Attorney The candidate will be responsible for an individual caseload. Will lead attorney for bench and jury trials. Make oral argument in contested and uncontested court hearings and appearances. Negotiate settlements and format documents. Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery and other legal documents. Draft letters and other general administrative documents. Handle docketing, conduct consultations, draft legal memorandum, and undertake legal research. Must have 2 years of family law experience with Arizona Bar license. Should preferably have availability to take on 30-40 cases per year. Willingness to drive throughout the Valley to meet with clients is needed.
