## Associate Attorney at is a mid-size personal injury firm located in Charlotte, NC with significant projected growth in the Carolinas. We are dedicated to excellence and are determined to provide our clients with exceptional legal representation by maximizing outcomes for their cases. To achieve this, we need an additional associate attorney who can effectively monitor client's treatment, negotiate with the insurance company and medical providers, and supply case approvals and second-tier client contact. We are looking for an experienced Associate Attorney to join our team and help us continue to grow. This is a full-time position located in Charlotte, NC with a hybrid model (in person and remote). The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, motivated, and have strong negotiation and client care skills. **Job Responsibilities:** - Monitor client's treatment, negotiate with the insurance company and medical providers, and supply case approvals and second-tier client contact - Proactively tackle tough cases and take on new challenges - Work independently and in a team environment, leading by example - Provide a positive client experience - Negotiate with insurance companies and medical providers to achieve optimal results for clients - Ensure all cases are managed effectively and efficiently - Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude, which reflects the firm's values **Job Requirements:** - Must currently hold NC State Bar License - Personal Injury experience is a plus - Will consider February 2023 Bar applicants **Compensation:** - $75,000 salary with the option to switch to commission at any time - Once case load has grown and matured, position will switch to commission only at 1 year - Attorneys on commission, after 12 months at the firm, make $125,000+/year on average **Benefits:** - Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) - 3% matching contribution to simple IRA - Monthly Wine Wednesday - Employee Culture Committee - Monthly appreciation - Progressive Service Recognition If you are interested in joining our team as an associate attorney, please submit your resume promptly. is an Equal Opportunity employer.
