Family Law Attorney The candidate will be representing Plaintiff in the District and Circuit Court and work directly with the head of litigation. Should have 1+ years of family law experience. Must have litigation experience preferably in family law (criminal defense a plus as well). Must be knowledgeable and experienced with the plaintiff side and familiar with the rules and processes of the jurisdictions the firm covers. Must be proficient with handling high volumes of cases. Must be an active member and in good standing with the Maryland Bar. Experience with trials preferred. Spanish fluency is a plus.
