Paralegal The candidate must be experienced paralegal in civil litigation and construction defect. Must have excellent writing and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to be a team player. Must also have a good understanding of the litigation and discovery process, familiarity with construction and insurance terminology and methods, and experience in reviewing, organizing, and evaluating large volumes of construction documents and medical records. Must have experience in preparing and tracking subpoenas for records and preparing detailed analytical document summaries, chronologies, and timelines. Trial preparation experience is a significant plus. Must have Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved or equivalent program, and 3 years of experience.
