Attorney The candidate will assist in providing skilled and knowledgeable legal advocacy and guidance to clients. should preferably have Juris Doctorate. Must be an active member in good standing of the California State Bar. Should be an attorney with 3 years of experience in a family law firm setting. Candidates with some litigation experience in a law firm setting and a demonstrated interest in family law may be considered. Should have experience with substantial client contact, research and drafting letters, memorandums, declarations, briefs, motions. The applicant should also have some experience arguing law and motion matters and taking and defending depositions. A familiarity with basic business valuation principles, financial statements and tax concepts is also preferred. Should also possess a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments while delivering consistent, quality work-product. Should have experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat and cloud based collaboration software.
