Legal Assistant Paralegal The candidate will maintain effective communication with the attorney, governmental offices, and clients. Analyze case facts, documents, draft correspondence, and organize client documentation, have a clear understanding of the immigrant and non-immigrant visa processes. Scan, copy, data entry, prepare legal forms, documents, correspondence and organize evidence and exhibits. A Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or a paralegal certificate from an ABA approved program is needed. Should have 0-3 years of experience. Proficiency in all Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Must possess strong writing skills, have excellent attention to detail, be able to multi-task and work independently and goal oriented. Good case/project management and organizational skills are required. Must be able to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment.
